1. Are there setup or onboarding fees?

There is a one-time onboarding fee for new clients. This covers legal setup, contract preparation, and initial HR configuration. It is quoted transparently before you sign anything.

2. How is pricing structured for larger teams?

Volume discounts apply for teams of 5 or more. The per-employee EOR fee decreases at scale. We provide a custom quote based on your team size and expected ramp.

3. What is included in the monthly EOR fee?

The EOR fee covers payroll processing, tax filings, benefits administration, HR support, and employment liability management. It does not include salary, hardware, or office costs.

4. Can I start with recruitment and add EOR later?

Yes. Many clients start by recruiting one or two engineers and then add EOR as the team grows. We can transition placements to full EOR at any time.

5. Is there a minimum contract term?

We require a minimum 3-month commitment for EOR engagements. Dedicated team plans are typically structured on a 6-month initial term with monthly extensions.

6. Do you charge differently by seniority or role?

Our EOR fee is flat per employee regardless of seniority. Salary costs vary by role and level – we provide market-rate salary benchmarks during scoping.
